UK Shared Prosperity Projects in Shropshire

These projects were funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The fund aimed to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK investing in communities and place, supporting local business, and people and skills.

This £2.6 billion fund was available for investment in local projects until March 2025 with additional funding being awarded for some projects until March 2026.

All projects in Shropshire have now been successfully delivered and so are closed to any further applications until further notice.

THE SMALL CAPITAL GRANT SCHEME FOR BUSINESS

APPLICATIONS FOR THIS GRANT ARE NOW CLOSED

Capital grants from £2,000 to £10,000 for small and medium- sized businesses (1 – 49 employees) to purchase new equipment or make premises improvements that will create new jobs, or develop new products, processes or services.
