Shrewsbury Business Park

Shrewsbury Business Park

The Opportunity

Shrewsbury Business Park is the premier office location in Shropshire’s county town, situated on the edge of the town and close to the A5, A49 and M54 – giving it ready access to Birmingham, the Black Country, Wales and the North West.

Phase II on a new 6 hectares site (15 acres) on the Park has planning consent and will provide a further 15,000 sq m (160,000 sq ft) of office and business space – including a small local centre comprising a small supermarket and number of shops.

The Project Owner Alaska can provide custom-built developments for investors and owner-occupiers – meeting the needs of growing local businesses as well as regional, national and international firms seeking a presence in the area.

A premier location

Shrewsbury Business Park is Shropshire’s premier business park. The Business Park is the outcome of a successful long-term relationship between Shropshire Council, the former Shropshire County Council and the Alaska Property Group. The development comprises 2,322 m² (250,000 sq ft) of office space, generating £53m of investment and creating or safeguarding 1,100 jobs. Occupants already established on the Park include Handlesbanken, Holiday Inn, Jacobs Engineering Group, Brewin Dolphin, The NFU, and Shropshire County NHS.
