For 45 years, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships have been helping businesses innovate for growth – come and find out how over a working lunch.

Representatives from the public, private and third sector are invited to University Centre Shrewsbury (a professional centre of University of Chester), to learn about the opportunities and benefits around Knowledge Transfer Partnerships.

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) are part funded by a grant to provide businesses and organisations with the skills & capabilities to deliver strategic innovation. They are a 3-way collaboration between a business, a high calibre individual (known as a KTP Associate) and a University to solve a specific, strategic innovation challenge faced by the business partner.

KTPs improve company competitiveness, productivity, performance, and profitability by tapping into the knowledge, skills and expertise in UK Universities, Further Education and Research Organisations. The programme represents an extremely cost-effective means of introducing new skills into your workplace to resolve an ongoing challenge or issue.
