Shropshire is the largest county within the Marches LEP partnership and seeks to lead the way on a range of major economic initiatives and projects to ensure a robust and enterprising economy in the area.
Committed to supporting our businesses, both large and small, the Marches Growth Hub provides free business support and advice and Shropshire has business networks, including its Business Board, services and local organisations to help businesses to start, develop and grow.
“The quality of life is second to none and there is an extensive business networking community which I would urge anyone coming, or thinking of moving to the area, to utilise.”

The Meres and Mosses Environment Network
This Network aims to enhance the environmental performance and profitability of local businesses by sharing knowledge and understanding, while helping businesses to reduce their environmental impact on the landscape of the Meres and Mosses.
Created to take local procurement to another level in Shropshire, this network was established to encourage the sharing of best practice, encourage partnership ownership and to provide business with a central procurement brand they understand.
Federation of Small Businesses

“We have been working with WMG through our membership of MAN over the last two years, and have benefited from their insight and ideas to develop our business.
