Tern Valley Business Park,
Phase II

The opportunity

Tern Valley Business Park Phase II is located on the southern approach to the busy market town of Market Drayton, with Phase I occupied by the UK Headquarters of Müller Yogurt & Desserts. Here, 5.5 hectares (13.5 acres) of serviced employment land has been made available for commercial development (B1, B2 and B8 uses).

Situated on the Shropshire/Staffordshire border, the site has rapid access to both the A53 and A41, is within is within easy reach of Stafford, Telford and Shrewsbury, and is just 15 miles from junction 15 of the M6.

Redstart Construction has consent for the construction of 9,000 sq ft of small workshops for start-up and expanding businesses, together with 14,000 sq ft of offices. Construction of the workshop units is now complete.

Phase II caters for the needs of both expanding local companies and inward investment businesses with property options tailored to their business needs. Redstart Construction is able to offer purpose built accommodation on a design and build basis – either to lease or purchase – or the Council can offer land sales for businesses to undertake their own self-build, with plots available on 999-year leases.

All units will be developed to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ environmental standards and will benefit from the fact that the site is fully serviced.
